Reginaldo Carmelia has dedicated 30 years to the Real Estate and Finance sectors. Throughout his career, he has acquired significant expertise aimed at establishing a robust foundation in the segment. He strategically pursued educational and professional experiences attending several universities and obtaining immense career opportunities. During his time at American University, he was honored to be selected as an Inroad Scholar, which provided him with the opportunity to work as a Financial Analyst in the real estate owned department at Standard Federal Savings Bank. Initially tasked with assisting in the redevelopment of the REO department, his role later shifted to concentrate on the disposal processes of the portfolio. Following this, he joined SN Properties as a Property Manager for two years, where he oversaw a team of twenty individuals responsible for managing and rehabilitating more than three hundred rental units across Baltimore City. Subsequently, he served as the Director of Property Development at German Hill Management for three years, where he managed commercial financing, project rehabilitation, development, and leasing. His career then progressed to Dominion Development Group in North Carolina, where he was responsible for overseeing the development of both new and existing properties, with a particular focus on assisted living facilities. This most significant project involved the development of a 600-unit mixed-use Hotel/Condo/ Retail property spanning 700,000 square feet. Finally, Reggie diverse experiences, have cultivated a comprehensive skill set and a level of diversity that he has thoroughly enjoyed.
